Beta Book Giveaway!

We're giving away books and here's why:

(1) We appreciate your help with the beta launch! We know that now, having *just* launched, we are nigh contentless. Your contributions will help DJR become a great site -- and we want to reward everyone for signing up, exploring, and engaging with the site.

(2) We want to help you find out about all our features -- and with this promo, you'll be using the bookshelf/totebag and wishlist features.

Here's how it works:

We will randomly select 1 person for every 50 people who have books wishlisted. If you are selected, we'll mail you a copy of a book from your wishlist (under $30). We'll do the selections on Friday, September 7th!

So, in order to be eligible, you'll have to get some books onto your wishlist! Here's how:

  1. Search for books you would like to have!
  2. At any given book's page, either "Add to Bookshelf" or click the red rectangular "totebag" icon.
  3. Click the "My Bookshelf" tab --
  4. You'll find the books you selected there -- either on your bookshelf or in your totebag (depending on what you clicked before)
  5. Click the option: "Add to My Wishlist".

We can't wait to start shipping books!

It seemed like a good idea: a sexed-up, fictionalized autobiography of Laura Bush. For eight years the First Lady has been the "silent partner" in a White House that can boast that it changed the cou...
